By purchasing or using SchemaPilot, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the product.
Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SchemaPilot according to the purchased plan. The license covers the number of websites specified by the plan selected at checkout (Personal, Business, or Agency).
Customers may not:
Pricing. Current pricing for each plan is published on our Pricing page and shown at checkout.
Billing frequency. Plans are billed on an annual basis.
Renewal. Where offered as a recurring subscription, your license renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. Where offered as an annual purchase with a renewal option, you will be given the option to renew your license before it expires.
Cancellation. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal date through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.
End of subscription. When a license expires or is not renewed, the plugin may continue to function with its last-installed version, but access to updates, license activation, and license-related support ends.
The product is delivered electronically through digital download and/or account access. No physical product is shipped. Upon successful payment, the plugin file and license key are made available immediately in the customer's account.
Software updates are available while your license is active. Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, and new features. Updates are not guaranteed once a license has expired, been canceled, or been terminated under these Terms.
Support is provided through documentation and email support. Support does not include custom development, consulting, marketing, or custom implementation services.
All software, branding, website content, and related intellectual property belong to the company or its licensors. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software or any related intellectual property to the customer.
The software is provided according to its published features and documentation. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, SEO results, increased traffic, increased revenue, or any specific Google or other search engine results. Structured data implemented correctly may be eligible for enhanced search result features, but eligibility and display are determined by third-party search engines, not by us.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from the use of or inability to use SchemaPilot.
